Before the name NYCakes Boutique existed, our work lived under Gaby Decorating LLC — a small, founder-led business built on creativity, family, and the belief that a cake can be more than dessert. It can be the centerpiece of a memory.

Where it started: Gaby's passion for cake artistry

Gaby has always been drawn to the details — the colors, textures, and tiny design choices that make an event feel personal. What began as a passion quickly became a craft: learning, practicing, and refining techniques until each cake felt like a true work of art.

NYCakes Boutique is family-owned and founder-run. Gaby leads the creative and production side — designing and crafting each cake with intention. Her husband, Martin, manages customer service and sales, making sure every client feels supported from the first message to the final delivery.
